Middle East Sports Supplies is committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free return and exchange policy for our valued customers. We kindly ask you to review the following policy details:
Returns & Refunds Policy:
- We offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy for all our items, excluding customised products, which are considered final sale.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, if an item is faulty or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly at customercare@MESportsSupplies.com or customercare@MESS.com ?? (make a link)
Return Authorization:
- All returns or refund requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery and require prior authorisation from Dawson Sports Equipment Trading FZE. Returns received without authorisation will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions.
- Please note that custom-made products can only be returned if they are faulty or do not meet to the agreed specifications.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or refused.
- If your refund is approved, we will process it within fourteen (14) calendar days and apply the credit to your original method of payment.
- Standard delivery charges, if applicable, will also be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company.
- Please be aware that there may be processing time required before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
- We offer replacements and exchanges for items, subject to availability and meeting the necessary criteria for color, size, or style changes.
- Please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days for your exchange to be processed, and ensure that your provided email address is up to date for receiving notifications.
- We do not offer refunds for items that are on sale or discounted, unless they are defective.
