  • We offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy for all our items, excluding customised products, which are considered final sale.

Return Authorization:

  • All returns or refund requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery and require prior authorisation from Dawson Sports Equipment Trading FZE. Returns received without authorisation will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions.
  • Please note that custom-made products can only be returned if they are faulty or do not meet to the agreed specifications.


  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or refused.
  • If your refund is approved, we will process it within 30 days calendar days and apply the credit to your original method of payment.
  • Standard delivery charges, if applicable, will also be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company.
